The wind blew, the sun setting a man grinned to the arrival of night, His eyes discoloring from a blue to a bloody red with each darkening of the sky.  As night arrived the angelic figure morphed into a gruesome opposite of his former appearance.

"Do you always sneak up on your guests?" grunted the figure as he turned his head around to face the shrubbery behind him. "Oh that's right, you're in the tree" spoke the figure looking at a branch. His eyes came across a shadow, its eyes snapped open glowing a crisp gold the bird screeched an ungodly sound and began charging straight towards the figure's cranium. As it approached the bird's form wavered revealing a cloaked woman eyes ablaze and scythe pointing in attack position. She swung on the figure and retreated back to the shadows after he successfully dodged her attack. "By the way, my name is Lucifer Deald" he proclaimed to the shadows. "You're name is irrelevant" growled Raven. Lucifer smirked holding a hand out he opened his mouth as if he were about to speak but decided against such. "You know" Lucifer paused; suddenly he was behind the woman "It just so happens we are related, though my other sisters don't seem to be quite as well-endowed as you" whispered Lucifer glancing down at the woman's chest. The woman's fist slammed across his face as it let out a crunching sound. "I lack mercy for pigs such as you Lucifer. And I am aware of who you are" roared the woman. "Ah, my reputation precedes me" scoffed Lucifer, who was now under the woman's boot. "Now, under the order of the God of Death you are hereby sentenced back to the abyss" growled the woman as she summoned the gates of Hell to shove him back in.

The gates screeched open and screams released from the abyss. A chill sent from the corridor stroked Raven as she latched onto Lucifer's collar and lifted him as if he were a mere feather. "You're a pain in my ass" growled Raven glaring at the "almighty" devil.  "Love you too sis" chimed Lucifer as he grinned like a dork.  As the corridor ended they were greeted by another gate, and with a glow of Raven's eyes they once again proceeded into the freezing cold abyss known as Hell. Raven threw him into the air as a large mouth caught him, "He's all yours Cerberus" chuckled Raven as she walked back to the gates. "WAIT! I have a bit of info for you" called Lucifer as her sat upon the three headed pup's back. "Oh?" questioned Raven as she rose an eyebrow. "I recommend you go to Egypt, there is a ruthless empress there that I think may peek you interest" said Lucifer. "I'll consider it, thanks" said Raven thus closing the gates and leaving"

"Come Polaris we have another to bring home" called out Raven as a tall slim young man stepped out from the shadows. His hair was white as snow, his lock draped his back and down his spine. His eyes a glistening yellow, and his skin a sickly pale. "Yes Lord Death" exclaimed Polaris as he followed her to the pyramids to watch over a certain individual.

Raven and Polaris watched a young girl being forced to do slave work for the Egyptians. A look could be seen in her eyes that was of pure disgust, she wanted out of there and they were her ticket.

"Well Adam I have other things to attend to, be sure to keep a watchful eye on her" said raven as she flipped of the tree they were perched on and disappeared mid fall. Polaris must have watched her for hours before he had anything to go on. The girl was running, Polaris could see it but he was sure even she couldn't in her hand was a scythe draped with blood her eyes a faint yellow glow. She ran to gather other slaves, they were escaping here and now. Polaris smirked "Cursed by the eyes of Death indeed" he murmured as he swung himself off the branch and headed for her.

"Scarlet Valletta Brooks daughter of Lucifer's butt buddy Azazal and some lowly serpent. What an honor it must be for you to meet me" scoffed Raven glaring down at a small woman draped in riches and adorned by servants. "You dare address me in such a way peasant" cackled Scarlet as she glared angrily at Raven. "Oh I dare you little pest" scoffed Raven as she walked to Scarlet. Raven kicked the servants clear across the room and grabbed Scarlet by the neck. "Do you really believe yourself to be higher than me?" questioned Raven. "I do infact" scoffed Scarlet pulling a blade seemingly from nowhere. "Know your place child" said Raven slamming Scarlet down onto the floor and pinning her there with her boot. "I am Raven Jamenson the God of Death, daughter of the first beings and bringer of the end, you either show me some respect or you can have your head ripped clean off your body" exclaimed Raven. Scarlet's eyes stricken with fear as she saw the aura that surrounded Raven at the moment. "Y-yes ma'am" cried out Scarlet from her suffocating state. "Much better" smirked Raven, "And now that you have been knocked down a few pegs, I suggest you leave here ASAP. The kingdom is not going to last much longer." said Raven as she disappeared into the night.

"She drowned Lord Death" said Polaris. "Good now let's go get ourselves a second Reaper" scoffed Raven as she draped herself in her cloak and manifested her scythe. By the Nile there was a shimmering light floating in the water, Raven grabbed it and began to speak in a language older than time itself. She hovered above the ground and after she had finished chanting she motioned Polaris to step back. She gripped her scythe "Rise before the world, my eternal nightmare" exclaimed Raven. A black mist spewed out of her and the scythe making everything unseen. As the mist cleared a raven's call screeched its ungodly screech into the night. There stood an eight foot tall raven with eyes as golden as the finest mineral and next to it a small girl that looked not even 10 years old. Her hair was pitch black, she was deathly pale and her eyes were glowing an ominous gold.

The small girl stroked the enormous bird's feather clinging to its wing like an arm. The bird nudged her and in a split second it had swallowed the glowing light.

After several indescribable following events the mist submerged yet again and blanketed the massive raven, seconds later Raven emerged from the mist cradling a young woman draped in a long cloth. Raven handed the girl over to Polaris and vanished into the night.
